About

Hi, I'm Rebecca Hill, better known under my artist alias Librho. Based in Suffolk, England I make art featuring fantasy twists to showcase, and remind yourself of, what it's like to look at the world through a child's lens.
I work with several mediums, ranging from my 10+ years of experience in digital painting, acrylic and watercolour, all the way to my 2 weeks, and counting, experience in oil paints. Available to commission in digital or acrylic at present, with examples shown in my portfolio. Any questions left unanswered below, feel free to contact me under the contact section of my site, or directly at: librho.contact@gmail.com

Suffolk, England. (UK)

Can I order from outside the UK?

Yes, I offer international shipping, for the full list please refer to the ‘country/region’ tab on the footer of this page. If your country is not there, feel free to submit a contact form and I’ll see what I can do!

Where can I contact you if I have questions?

You can contact me at librho.contact@gmail.com ! Please include the problem within the title so it catches my eye, my inbox can be very full, I don’t want to miss yours! Alternatively, you can contact me via the contact section of my site and I’ll receive both your email and a site notification.

It takes me 1-3 business days to fulfil your order.
Once shipped expect to wait 2-5 business days if you’re UK based. For international orders, please allow anywhere from 2-4 weeks, if you have not received your order after week 4, don’t hesitate to contact me regarding replacement.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If you have a problem with an order from this store please contact me directly via the Contact page.

How do you make your prints?

I first create the art which takes anywhere from 2 to 24 hours, over the course of several days. When it’s time for a restock or new product launch, I’ll prepare the image files and send them off to a print shop that’s local to me. Their turn around time is 3-8 days, once they’re all back to me I then go through to hand sign and title, quality check and package every print. Then they’re ready to be sent to you!

I’m on your email list! What can I expect?

I aim to send out an email roughly once a week, enough to keep you in the loop, but not overwhelm you! Topics might include: what I’ve painted this week, restocks, exclusive discount codes, new print launches, my plans for the month ahead, early access to products, exclusive giveaways, and possibly more!

Can I request an idea for a painting/print/sticker?

Absolutely! I love to hear your ideas, they always inspire me, I can’t promise I’ll have the time to execute your idea but my ears remain open to all you have to offer. If you’d like to see a painting I’ve already made listed on the site, don’t hesitate to let me arrange that for you!* Contact me via the site or email me directly at librho.contact@gmail.com !

*P.S. Some paintings might be discontinued prints, so while they won’t be brought back, I might have a few spares laying around, leave the title in your order notes ;)

I received items I didn’t order! What’s going on?

Sometimes I find myself with a few spare prints or stickers, I like to give these out in random orders! Your order will not be modified outside of the additional gift. You will not be charged extra. If you do not wish to have it, please pass the gift on.

Commission FAQ

What will I receive when my commission is finished? / what size canvas do you work with?

You will receive the highest quality digital images via dropbox link in .jpeg and .png. I currently work with 8”x10” (4000x5000 pixels), CMYK, 500dpi canvases by default, if you need this customised please let me know prior to the sketch. The speedpaint is available for a small additional fee upon request.

How do I commission you? What does that process look like?

The easiest way to explain this is a list!

1. The first step is to contact me by submitting your email above, I’ll reach out to you and ask what you were looking to commission and if you can provide references.

2. Ideas are discussed until we are ready for me to sketch it out.

3. If you commissioned a portrait: A rough sketch will be made up, then modified until it’s what you’re looking for. You may request it be loosely coloured if you’re having trouble deciding or picturing it finished.

If you commissioned a doodle: I do not sketch for these, so please be descriptive if you have a specific outcome in mind. Payment is due prior to more than 15 minutes of progress being made.

4. Payment then due in full over PayPal or cashapp. If you do not wish to continue after the sketch, you will face a $10 fee, I will loosely colour your sketch if requested.

5.  With payment through, I will begin working on your commission, providing frequent updates. (you may opt out of these if you like surprise)

6. The finished piece in .png and .jpeg format will be sent to you attached via Dropbox link.  2 minor revisions can be made, if needed.

How can I commission you for commercial use? (Book illustrations, merch, etc)

Please contact me via the contact section of my site, providing some information about the project.

I will get back to you within 48 hours to discuss rates and what I am capable of fulfilling for you. The commission process itself will be similar to my usual process, please refer to the above question tab.

How do you take payment?

PayPal only at this time. Prior to much work being done, in one whole amount.

Do you do payment plans?

Not currently.

How many references do you need? Do you take low quality images?

I can work with one or two images if I’m directly referencing from the photos, but to make up a new pose, I’ll need multiple decent quality images from varying angles (4-8) with at least one front facing and two side facing. Aside from those feel free to send as many as you like! I can work with medium quality images, and low quality if your pet doesn’t have complex markings, or if it’s a doodle commission. When in doubt about your image quality, feel free to contact me and I will let you know if I can work with them.

How long should I expect to wait?

3-28 days depending on what you commissioned, character/pet complexity and my current to-do list. If my current commission list is full I will get back to you with when I estimate a free spot.I will reach out to you within 24 hours of submitting your email.

What can I do with my finished artwork?

You may share it to you socials with credit, use as a profile picture, make prints for personal use (mugs, pins, stickers, gifted items, etc are all okay as long as use is personal) and any other personal purpose.

What can’t I do with my finished artwork?

You can not use my art commercially for anything, including but not limited to: prints, stickers, t-shirts, books, etc, unless contracted otherwise. You can not claim it as your own work, it is not to be fed into any AI image generators.

Your commissions are closed! When can I get one? Waitlist?

I don’t have a waitlist, if that’s something I should make please let me know! If commissions are closed they’re usually closed for 1-2 weeks, the best place to stay updated is my Instagram or TikTok! This site receives bi-weekly updates.

Will you draw my fursona?

Yes! I’m more then happy to draw your sona’s feral form in my style. If requested, anthro forms may be accepted depending on references provided, complexity and so on.

Will you draw my alien OC?

Yes! Confidently if it’s a doodle commission. For portraits, I’ll draw any character that resembles animal anatomy. If you can provide a specific animal or two that is best!

Will you draw dragons or lizards?

Yes, I now take on scaly friends! I am confident for doodle commissions. For portraits, I am still figuring out dragon anatomy since there’s so much range, so I’ll be treating dragon commissions very carefully and may cancel the commission (free of charge) after the sketch if I’m not getting a strong feel for the character.
